Speaking of falling knives, is anybody interested in CVC? Some very capable executives left and the results were less than stellar last quarter, but the stock is rumored to be a takeout play. Given their position in NYC, the franchise value is certainly there. Negative is a fair amount of debt and the Dolan family may not want to recede control. Cable TV may be under the gun from streaming video.
