Re:<"That's where I discovered that the reason they shut down was that they couldn't get any local crude. It had all been tied up by much larger companies. They were desperate for input materials to run the refinery on so it was closed down. At that point in time they would have been tickled to get a hold of Agilyx goo.">

Fair enough. Somerset certainly wasn't able to get crude oil for the right price to allow them stay in business. However this is one of those points where we diverge again. You see they were desperate and you trust Mr. Bordynuik thus you believe that Mr. Bordynuik's claim of getting an offer from them for his 'liquor' must be true since that makes sense to you. For me, I don't believe that's true. And of course with all Somerset employees being scattered to the wind, it would be impossible to line them up and ask if anyone of them made an offer to Mr. Bordynuik. As always Mr. Bordynuik won't provide any help in identifying the person from Somerset who supposedly made the offer and you, as a shareholder and for reasons which are unclear to me, wouldn't ask Mr. Bordynuik a question even if your life depended on it.

So we're at another impasse.
