Aren't you assuming that gold can only go down?

IMO, Cannacord has it right. Barrick/Goldcorp will repeat wht they did for Pueblo Vejo...i.e. be partners.

There is a good reason for this: similar metallurgy and recovery process.

As for the price, it is based on the long term price of gold anyway. So no matter if gold is $1400 or $1600, it wont change too much to the long term price, currently at $1156+-.

The coming PFS will likely be based on US$1200. So that should be the guideline for at least 12 months.

Now if Europe and the world moves into a global depression, well then maybe it will be different.
