A correct observation -- the retraction is never as pervasive or persuasive as the original charge. This propaganda technique has become almost common place with the progressive, ends-justifying-the-means liberal.

They say, "A lie told loud enough and long enough becomes 'factual' over time" -- at least to the average observer.
