Did you see Rudy and 11 others were finally charged for their RUNU pump-and-dump? They got a couple iHub posters too. blogs.wsj.com If I remember correctly they got their Wells notice in early 2008, about 6 months before the stock was suspended by the SEC. Now today 3 years later they settle.
