Bob, just about everybody posting here are long time WinStar owners. But I doubt very much any can be talked into buying Teligent. We have been down a very long, rocky, tumultous road since starting out a few years ago from where Teligent is today. And we're getting real close to our payday. Teligent has a very long, rough road ahead of it. No matter who your management is or what your game plan is, the market very soon gets disinterested in a company that consistantly loses money, and that is what Teligent will do for probably the next 5 years. My wild guess is that someday those that wait will be able to buy TGNT for $15 or less. The only thing that will save the stock price is if it soon becomes takeover talk. Maybe takeovers of WCII and TCGI will support TGNT's price. Maybe Mandl and AT&T have had something planned for awhile. But for those that just want to hold on while Teligent builds out it's network, be warned, you better have a strong stomach.

But for sure, all WinStar owners will be watching closely tommorrow to see how Wall Strret is going to value this company.

Steve
