Kevin, I am not sure why you seemed suprised about Profit magazine. Firstly Lanza told me upfront that his wife publishes the magazine. He suggested I send in $20 for a yearly subscription. After reading a sample copy I realized it was promotional in nature and didn't subscribe. Also some of the infomercials on TV look like real interviews or talk shows. Do you get suckered by these also ? Even though I havn't heard the radio shows touting Xecom, I am sure they are no different. This doesn't mean the stocks being touted are totally junk but it probably means they are overpriced otherwise the companies wouldn't be paying good money to tout them. I've been burned many times in the past, because I bought junky type stocks that I didn't do my homework on or because I bought into their hype. This SI board is filled with hype and you have to learn to separate the fact from the fiction. Good luck ! Ram
