Warning - Speculation

You got it Harold! Will the event we are looking for occur (if at all) before a reverse or delist. That may depend on two things, MM's and/or what Rubins plan is. MM's motivation is easy to understand. What is not easy to know about MM's is their real S/T positioning.

Rubins real plan is more of a speculation. Assuming (which may be wrong) his goal is the largest percentage ownership he can actuate, what is he looking to do with it? Is he just a flipper? Does not look that way? I think I read in some filing that he is a financial/investment type guy, not a restaurateur. If not a flipper, does he benefit by being listed? One would think so unless there is a play once delisted I do not understand. So if he is not a flipper (which he may be?) and he wants to stay listed then he is betting his score will come from a large ownership of an appreciated asset with liquidity. He may not care about a reverse due to his large ownership he got at a converted discount, though he knows a reverse rarely goes well. But if his goal is NNM liquidity etc., it may be part of the master plan. What is his time frame? If it is very long he may not care about delisting at present. I see no way this stock goes to $1 without reverse so one has to assume it will happen or be delisted. When??? This assumes there are no "sins" that create a different reason for delisting.

Will a POP come before the reverse or delist? This is the bet.

If Rubin wants to stay NMS and he competes his conversion far soon enough, out should come (again one would assume) the attempt to boost the stock to lessen the reverse. If he wants it to go pink, ask yourself if that is a disaster for a .06 stock? It can be for a .3+ stock but is it for a .06? This decision may help you with the fear of delisting.
