It will be up to the states to define what are essential health care benefits under the health care law. In other words, this is NOT a federal take over of health care.

So, in other words, Obamacare will be a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma from the shallow depths of the callow, fantasy-driven minds of Obama and friends.
