Not a pretty picture.

While their sales grew 37% last year, cost of sales rose 67%. This drops the gross margin from 25.8% to 9.4% (ouch)!

Meanwhile they slashed costs in R&D (down 45%) and Sales/Marketing (down 39%).

Looks like a company pulling back while the industry moves forward.

Brad, I like analyzing IDX's positive numbers much better.
