Yes I do disagree with it. I would never take it upon myself to be judge, jury, and executioner of another human being.

We do have laws in this country to deal with such things. I don't see that it is likely that anyone doing an honor killing in this country would not be brought up on charges for murder.

Don't forget that battery, assault and murder occur millions of times every year in this country.
