I think that it is really pretty easy to see what is going on here. Price cuts, trouble overseas. Smells just like Ascend did back in August. The company is trying desperately to make the quarter and the only way they are going to do it is to boost sales here in the states. There is mounting concern over the Japanese economy but I think the greatest concern is coming from the price cuts. Many companies are coming out with GE products, companies that have plenty of dough to throw around. The price cuts are hurting the near term prospects but this could be off set by increased market share in the long run. This stock definitely trades in trends. Short term, 3 to 6 month momentum players are what move this stock. Wait for it to brake its downtrend. Wayde.
