I don't have a strong preference either way. Though seeing more stocks is useful for getting ideas (because picks 7, 8, 9, 10 are more likely to be obscurer names). One way for people to pick less stocks if they are set on doing so and to still participate is to play Arb and pick some buyouts... Heck if the VRUS deal goes through you already get a premium.... but if it doesn't (because of a "Key product event") you could be in deep trouble :-).

The Biotech Values board has a link of recent buyouts in the i-box
