PhoneGuard, Inc. Expands Board of Directors

BOCA RATON, FL, Dec 19, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- PhoneGuard, Inc., a subsidiary of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (otcqb:OPMG) (pinksheets:OPMG), a leading provider of mobile applications software, today announced that it has expanded its Board of Directors to four members with the appointment of Leo Hindery, Jr., Managing Partner of InterMedia Partners, LP.

Before that, Mr. Hindery headed Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI) until it was merged into AT&T in 1999, at which time he became CEO of AT&T Broadband.
