What do you make of the statement that:

"Currently, the Brazilian Federal Authorities do not authorize mining projects within native areas"

I take this to mean that mining projects are not allowed within native areas and there will need to be some major negotiations and perhaps even legislative changes before they can get approval. If so we have a long long wait before anything can happen there too.

Meanwhile permitting at Machado is taking a very long time too. Whatever happened to the November meeting? I appreciate the gov may be the cause of the delay. If this is the case then I expect the wait to continue on for many months to come yet.

All a shade disappointing but at least I have time and money on side.
