Why does anyone suppose the ST spinout has not happened yet? I thought it would come on the heels of the shareholder approval. 1. They still have administrative/regulatory/legal paperwork to complete. 2. It is tied to the Nemegosenda signing somehow. No final contract, no spinout just yet. 3. They are playing the gold market. 4. Some other reason or just waiting for 2012 to proceed. My guess, and it is just a guess at this point, is reason #2. You might even read that into yesterday's PR? They fully expect to be in a position to announce the spinout in January? We shall see.
