This is strange. I went to their web site....and clicked under "Discussion Groups" and it is now shut down and they tell you to call customer support. All I can tell you is when I bought First Aid 98... it did not work...under their website...there were scores of disgruntled users. Under the Guard Dog Discussion Groups..problems galore also. All I can say is why would they list "Discussion Groups" as an option...and suddenly shut it down. They must have realized all their dirty laundry was being aired. Tom Tom
