Phone and tablets existed before. It's a FACT! Apple invented NOTHING (and STOLE everything) with iPhone and iPad that did not already existed before. Smartphones? EXISTED before iPhone. Tablets? Existed BEFORE iPad. capacitive touch screens were NOT invented by Apple. Finger touch and multitouch was NOT invented by Apple. Icons were NOT invented by Apple. Which is why they have NOT been able to defend it and keep LOSING patents that were stolen or prior art left and right... they have not won a single fundamental patent... that is a FACT!
