I've got a feeling that we're going to see an IPO for ST announced shortly after or coinciding with the release of the record date for spin-out shares. There's a lot that has to happen in order to take it public, and perhaps they've been working on being able to do just that once it becomes a subsidiary. However they work it out, I'm looking forward to January and beyond. It's going to get real interesting...
