So this is European QE... They give cheap money to their banks and the banks buy more Italian, Spanish, etc. debt paper and use that debt paper as collateral for more cheap money. Seems to be working so far. As long as it can work for another three months or so until my Jr. Miners can pump up their share prices and raise some capital I'm all for it. blogs.marketwatch.com
