There are a lot of precious metals stock charts that look like that. :(

I subscribe to Casey's Big Gold report and they had PAA as one of their recommended stocks. They recently dropped it as, they claimed, their exposure to risky jurisdictions was high - Bolivia, Argentina and is there a third location that they were affected by? Alternately they liked SLW and SVM. If you're looking for a senior silver producer/play, maybe they are the safer bet.
