Both work for me but in the first scenario can't hold much cash and should use excess leverage. Obviously you hear almost no one talking about this other than goldbugs who will be wiped out if we go the Japanese route or even just muddle through as their method is a one trick pony with no cash flow or real equity accumulation. I hate being out on the titanic so exposed...lol

What are your odds of hyperinflation, Japanese deflation or some muddle through strong new real economy taking shape? Or a repeat of the 1970's, 1930's or 1990's?
