With what Talent and expertise? The power is a majic pen or would that be a lapel pin designed for unisex collars? We see no commentary about the US Navy who may be the only entity with expertise associated with the places in question. Recently i was privy to a new hire of the government, whose job it was to collect information in North Dakota to determine something or other about facking ( could have been Fracking, or even Fakeing) ...I said what qualifies you? The agency worked for, was the mandate.... Too me that is a big disconnect....hiring dumber to provide input to dumb.......what a formula that is... oh well...
