Hi etch, I think oyu are correct. Most would not dislike the premium and it is not a taxing situation as long as you retain the Lam stock. Looks like the only way to complain would be to sue the directors for lack of ficuciary responsibility: zlk.com Bob I think it is a good move for both going innot a less cyclical future.Consolidation should add to efficiency much like KLA and Tencor did.
