Pancho-- I rarely ever see an analyst downgrade any lower than 'hold'.
I am looking for an analyst that gives out reccomendations like 'Oh short it! Just selling out your position is too good for it.' All too often analysts are in the hip pocket of the company. Either beholden to them for information or a paycheck.
I am going to watch BFIT for a little while as see how it develops. The news of its existance hitting the SI shorts could cause a bit of a downturn as they lay in their short positions but this one is going to have to break from longs leaving. I will have it on my daily watch list. I can see some upside risk to them doing something like announcing they are using that $70 million to expand into some new market. I get the impression they want to try to heal their bleeding finacials by expanding (throwing the banks money into the losing cause). I fear it will look good to the gullible for a while.
All the Best

The real crunch for this company may come when the banks say "No more!"
