Actually Gary, I see things quite differently. If all goes well, Solv will be debt free and have a major partner who is willing to spend up to a billion bucks to devolp the project using SOLV's technology and allow SOLV to move on with their minerals. I believe Koch also mentioned they planned on purchasing shares of SOLv once they began trading (off bulletin board?). Solv needed to get out of debt. This deal does that. Solv needed cash to finance their project. This deal does that. Solv needed a partner. They got it. Solv needed a major credible source in their corner. They got it. Solv needed major business know-how help. This deal will do that. SUMMATION: Solv can now be the technology brains and piggy back on Koch's business savy. Isn't that what they needed all along???????????? You may have to firmly disagree, but I feel we are in a much better position than we have been over the last year. Solv was absolutly dead without this development. I take the news as good. You mentioned that 3/4 of our company was ripped off- what else was SOLV supposed to do? ...close up shop? Would that have been better for shareholders?? I'm sure many (possiblly you?) wanted Solv to die. This is a MAJOR development that rescues SOLV. Sorry that you are so smug and crude. If it is attention that you wish to get, well, you have effectlively acheived that over the past year. Seems like you enjoy attempting to destroy any glimpse of hope, even though you claim to not care about what happens. That is ridiculous! Sorry, but one must question your motives...... Maybe it is your style...... Thanks for your opinions, even though over time you lost my respect through your tactless delivery and persistent pessimism. My opinion. Rob
