i am guessing that the Axxxxxx is not australia or austria due to high tax of both, and that leaves argentina, which could be good as long as they keep their main funds outside of the country

until now i had always wondered why certain groupings of people not left certain states in huge numbers while there was the time and instead stayed on and on believing situation would not deteriorate further

i no longer wonder, now i know.
