Under my Mobile Court Unit plan, when the tractor-trailer jail/court is deployed to pick up a local Black flash mob who filmed themselves shooting and stabbing several city blocks of Whites, it can also swing by and pick up Mr. Jacques for torching the Black Church. Justice should be completely color blind.
Try them all together en route to an underground mass gas chamber. The sentencing phase should be completed just as they arrive. At that point, escort them in, seal the facility, and release the gas. Wash, rinse, and repeat until society becomes civil and habitable again.
In these cases that have abundant video evidence and numerous eye witnesses, the amount of time from 'suspects' to 'convicted felons' to 'executed inmates' should be measured in hours not decades. Seriously.
A Mobile Court Unit that is deployed to the scene of a heinous crime and imprisons and tries all of the perpetrators en route the mass execution center is very efficient in terms of carrying out a speedy trial and satisfying justice for all.
