Imagine what a Ron Paul Department of Justice would look like. Discrimination cases? Not our problem. Gerrymandered districts? Obviously a state's rights issue. EEO cases? Let the free market sort that out. And so on and so on and so on. America would be headed back to the 1920's in a hurry. Which is just what the old coot wants. Too bad most Americans don't except for the rah-rah fringe.
