India's growth so far has been fueled primarily by the IT industry, They have a very good IT infrastructure. However they can accelerate their growth by opening up and providing free access to the Internet. Currently the private industrialists like the ones mentioned, Ambani, Tata etc. have a stranglehold on this.

Isn't it somewhat of a surprise that the growth in India has taken place even though their infrastructure is not up to the level that we see in other industrialized countries?
