Latest seems to be that the court date has been put off again until 9 January... Will be interesting to see what happens before then... given the fraudulent election they've just conducted, the fictional "board" they've appointed following the fraudulent election... and the ongoing failure to provide any proofs of the supposed "signed settlement" agreement that the board hasn't been allowed to see, yet...
