I meant that Serbia has for 100 years been problematic though it was quite good during Yugoslavian times. Being up against Islamic Jihad, it's not surprising they have problems.

Some would be really cheap, such as a Zimbabwean one, and some really expensive such as one in Luxembourg or Switzerland. But there could be enormous profits in the cheaper ones as they could rapidly go from horrible places to great once the cash started flowing and their political systems were improved due to citizens insisting that their citizenship value go UP, instead of down. Bludgers would be told to get a job.

Minimum pay rates would be canceled. People would work instead of loafing around on all sorts of benefits and government sinecures and cushy numbers.

Greece could be the best place in the world in the space of ten years. They could sell 20,000 per year for decades without over crowding. At $1 million each [a rough guess] that would be $20 billion per year which would pay for lots of infrastructure development. Greeks would be proud of their country instead of embarrassed. They could lead the world again in democracy. All other democracies are a pathetic joke of robbing Peter to pay Paul with opm.
