Rob: One thing we know for sure about Gary is that no matter how hard he tries to change things, he will still be Gary. He has had many an opportunity to display some class and open-mindedness, but, he always reverts back to being the "nasty naysayer".
Troy: I'm very glad Asensio's well kept secret is now public. His days are numbered. As for the conv-debt, I am hopeful (as always) that it will be converted to stock in the very near future.
All: Koch Industries is the second-largest privately held corporation in the U.S.. If Koch were a public company, it would rank nearly as the country's 21st largest- slightly behind Pepsico, but much bigger than the Boeing Co. or Microsoft.
Koch embraces a market-based philosophy to grow its businesses worldwide in refined products, chemicals, crude oil services, gas liquids, energy services, materials, chemical technology, mineral services, agriculture and capital services.
