Richard-You are talking about 2 different issues,liquidity and whether
Deswell is a good stock.Liquidity means that you can buy and sell a
"reasonable" amount of stock without much disruption in the stock
price.Of course,another way of saying the same thing is that the
spread between the bid and asked is "small" when a "reasonable"
amount of stock is bought or sold.I am sure that you know all this.
It is clear to me that the Deswell warrants are somewhat illiquid
and that the common stock cannot be considered liquid.Whether Deswell
is a good buy with its inherent liquidity is another issue.
