I think i can add a bit::
there is no logic in being long at $20.a share i n a company (i am not referring to someone who buys 100 shares and sits on them) that will (maybe)
start makin money 2 yrs from now.if u buy 2000 share=$40k.this means 40k are dead for 2 yrs (at least) while they can earn u at least 6% in a safe cd...
ther are stocks of companys(i.e GST) that are expected to start making money in 1-2 yrs with a lot of debt,however they have revenues in the 100s mil,which is reinvested into expending,and the stock price moves between 7-16$ a share for the past 2 yrs.
cdrd - no product,no rev.just a liscence at a 20$ a share???
