I would like to add to the equation, unfortunately it will not simplify it. It's best to believe that Rubin is not interested in the restaurant business. That being true, why go to the trouble of settling with creditors at re-opening the Atlanta restaurant ? My theory is that he's trying to make the company more attractive, but why ? Chris
