Close is ot good enough. But recall that you were gloating at mid- year and I had to remind you that the prognostication was for year end.

Gold is up 14% so far this year, better than most assets.

I don't do my end of year calculations until January. The Treasuries have done ok, gold at 14 % on the upside more or less. The miners have disappointed, so net/net probably up a single digit percentage for the year more or less.

No complaints.
