Sometimes the best businessmen/women are the ones that recognize that they are NOT businessmen/women. In my opinion, Amatia looked in the mirror and recognized and chose to deal with all the imperfections, warts 'n all. I frankly believe Amati shareholders should consider themselves lucky and not pine for what could have been. This is a $10/share company - someone thought otherwise, and that someone has the wherewithall to make things work. Amati couldn't even pay its bills for goodness sake. Some future to moan about missing out on. Horseshoes, pure and simple. Regards, Dave
