Just to clarify, since I speak for all liberals. :-)

We did not see Bush as a Nazi. We saw him as a dolt born on third base, all hat, no cattle. All photo op, no substance, no intellectual curiosity. A fun guy to have a beer at a Ranger's game. As General Foods has taught us, you can package crap and make it look like nutritious food with enough Product Marketing.

Bush did have an agenda going back before the election, to invade Iraq and avenge his Daddy's "failure" to "finish the job." That was about it. GW Bush was not a racist, either. He did have special affection for Saudi Princes however, the country that was the deep pockets and labor behind Bin Laden and 911.

Cheney was the extremist and the NAZI, and he ran things in the administration. After his CEO position at Haliburton (hmmm.... CEO?? His only private sector gig, really, obviously deliver government treasury.) He appointed himself (literally) and he was the force behind the appointments of Roberts and Allito, willing shills (okay, advocates) for Corporate America.-- who legislate from the bench while their machine screams everyone who disagrees with them is "legislating from the bench." In other words, as Cheney did with the AG, seeing everything as a political tool.
