Here's the problem with Gingrich's plan: most of it will never see the light of day. It either won't pass congress or it will have strings attached and unintended consequences. Such is the usual fate of overly bold proposals.

What we need is somebody who can manage us out of this quagmire. I think Romney has provided a good blueprint along with a pragmatic roadmap of how he intends to govern.
