Do you think Laffer "is an idiot" because he played a key role in the writing of Proposition 13, that he's a fiscal conservative and libertarian, that he didn't really invent the "Laffer Curve", but took the basic concept from Ibn Khaldun and John Maynard Keynes or something else all together?
