This is right on. Clearly, we are talking fairly long-term here. But calls aren't ruled out. I'm in the process of converting the near(er) term LEAPS I own to Jan 2000 10s. I'm confident these will pay, as Del's remarks about the "8 quarter turnaround" would indicate that there should be some market recognition within that timeframe. If we are heading toward anything near 500M revenue within a few years, some additional acqusitions will surely occur, but need not be dilutive.

I think Manfred makes an excellent point with respect to the likelihood of additional acqusitions.
