JBII Partially Valid List -- you'd have to be insane to accept some of these statements as "valid".

Rawnoc, you posted these statements as "validators", so please help me validate them and provide a few links to show the validity of the following:

Fuel Buyers:
First of all, how much fuel has JBII actually sold? What part of last quarter's $825K in revenue was from commercial fuel sales?

OXYChem (OXY): Google searches don't show me any official company news release referring to any official relationship with OxyChem. Please provide a link to validate this validator you provided.

Political "Supporters":
Since when does taking a site walk through constitute "support"? Since when does a politician's opinion on a scientific process add any validity to the process itself? Google Solyndra for further reading on the value of "political support" for green innovation.

Key Partner:
Rock-Tenn/Smurit-Stone (NYSE: RKT)

Since when does a non-binding agreement for one company to allow another company to play in it's trash constitute a "key partner"? There's no investment or financial commitment included, so by this logic....my garbage man is also my "key partner".....because I give him my trash and trust him to dispose of it properly.

Feedstock Suppliers Following Environmental Cradle to Grave Audits:
General Motors (NYSE: GM)
Waste Management (NYSE: WM)
Chrysler

I don't see any official company press releases about these supply agreements, I do see this statement on JBII's FAQ page (Does JBI, Inc. receive its plastic feedstock for free?), but it doesn't say anything about the company's performing cradle to grave audits of JBII's process....let alone consenting to their waste being shipped to JBII. Wow, JBII go a Chevy dashboard at the junk yard.....and drops the GM name to impress it's investors....wooohoooo!:
plastic2oil.com

Investors:
Please provide some links to show these "multi-billion dollar conglomerate(s) ownership interest in JBII, I don't find any evidence of this in the company's PR.

Environmentally green and viability:
You fail to mention that NYSDEC issued a Consent Order because JBII didn't obtain the proper permits before beginning operations. The company's attempt to spin this as a positive was really the biggest joke I've seen. As enforcement tools go, a Consent Order is the carrot, next comes the stick.

Islechem, the private R&D lab of NYSE: OXY (both formerly owned and currently hired as) Conestoga-Rovers and Associates:

Wow, funny how IsleChem's own website doesn't mention it is the "private R&D lab of NYSE: OXY. islechem.com

Furthermore, it's funny that Conestoga-Rovers website "Corporate History" doesn't mention anything about IsleChem or OXY:
craworld.com

....maybe you're reaching a little too far here.....maybe it's what us people in the industry would simply refer to as a "subcontract"?

Fuel Labs:
Intertek
PetroLabs
Alberta Resource Council
Southwest Research Institute

What is this? What was the scope of work? What tests were performed? What were the results? Where the results valid, what were the batch QA/QC results?
