Back in the last century, during the 70s, I worked for a company that had a computer room the size of a warehouse, which housed a Dec 10 and another one with an IBM 360. Then I worked for a company that had a small building that was a Univac computer. At the time, I was amazed at what they could do, even though it took what would seem like forever today to communicate with them, they were still faster and gave better output than the slide rule or typewriter.

Now you can hold all that power and then some in the palm of your hand.

I'm content with my laptop that has no wires, cables or cords coming out of it - something that still bothers me about the desktop, which I seldom use now.

I'm of an age now that having a camera on me the first thing in the morning when I wake up is not something that's going to happen in MY house. ;)
