Here's the information you wanted. There were some books
on shorting. But I found this one might be the best short
one for you.

"How to buy stocks" by Lou's Engel and Brendan Boyd.
Bantam Nonfiction, In US $5.99 + tax, Barnes & Noble
and other on line book stores carry them. You don't
have to pay sales tax that way. Otherwise, you have
to tell bookstores that you are from "country name"
to avoid sales tax.
