The FDA does have a home page, but it is quite extensive and I don't know exactly where the information would be. The home page is www.fda.gov/cder/

I am bullish on Cephalon too, but have lost money on expired calls due to the delays. I haven't decided whether I should pursue this stock with some May or June calls (which you would think would be enough time).

I also think the company didn't have to wait to Nov.11 to withdraw and resubmit their NDA. They must have known they were going to pull that stunt well in advance of the Nov. 11th date.
