I'm not sure if you are serious or not, but I think it is an excellent idea. .....Here's your allowance boys, if you won't play together and decide what candy to buy, you don't get to spend it.

I'm not going to rehash the Krugman quotes as I have done that before, but he for sure was arguing for more housing early in the housing bubble. It is shear nonsense to argue for more housing in 2003 and then in 2005 argue that housing is over heated and we are in trouble. My gawd, you can't turn housing off and on like that. It takes years to get housing developments put together, services and streets put in to them and get the permitting done even BEFORE one piece of the house is built - oh ya and then once they are built you need to sell them. Clearly Krugman had no idea what he was saying when he argued in favor of more homes.
