I guess we live in different realities.

My reality is influenced by my latest condo purchase a few weeks ago here in Florida at $38 per square foot (or $410 per square meter), which is less than what the condo sold back in the early nineties. I expect these prices to hold at these levels and even drop some for the next 3-4 years. Hyperinflation in my reality will have to wait a bit.
