Thanks Sultan. On a more positive note ... A pleasant surprise (for me) from a government department, the Ministry of Transportation. A few days ago I received the renewal notices for our cars and for my driver’s licence in the mail. While no one enjoys getting bills from the government, I was pleasantly surprised that the two notices arrived in one envelope instead of two separate mailings. I know, it’s a small thing but at least someone was thinking and put a system into place which may well save the government / us a few million dollars in mailing costs each year. Would be nice if other government agencies would take lessons from the MTO.
