If anyone is having problems with copy and paste, it would be very helpful to see it in action, you can do this with any screen action capture like Jing, which records your screen activity and makes a video of it. The good thing about Jing, is once the video is created you can upload it to Jing's servers in just seconds and supply a link for anyone to see: techsmith.com I highly recommend Jing, not just for videos, but screen capture as well. Plus you get 2 GB of server space where you can store files, all for free.
